07FAQ

Questions clients ask us

If your question is not answered here, get in touch and we will gladly help.

Do I need to come to your offices?

Yes, for your first consultation. Meeting in person at our Woodmead offices lets us give you personalised advice and build a relationship of trust from the start.

Do you offer advice in languages other than English?

Yes. We assist clients in Sesotho, Setswana, Sepedi, isiZulu and Afrikaans as well as English.

What exactly is medical malpractice?

Medical malpractice occurs when a healthcare professional departs from the accepted standards of their profession and a patient suffers injury or complications as a result.

How do I know if I have a medical malpractice claim?

You need to show three things: that a healthcare provider and patient relationship existed, that the provider was negligent, and that the negligence caused your injury. If you would not have been harmed but for their actions or omissions, speak to a specialist attorney for a full assessment.

Can you help me if I cannot afford legal fees?

We take on personal injury claims on a contingency fee basis after a full assessment of the claim. Other matters are considered case by case.

Why should our company appoint you to its legal panel?

We offer an honest, efficient service and a team ready to put in the hours to resolve your company’s legal matters to the very best of our ability.
